In an ideal situation, the transfer of know-how to your employees will already take place during the implementation, so that you will quickly be able to take over the independent administration of the software.

 

We offer different training courses for all our products. These courses usually take place in-house (i.e. on your premises), allowing the course material to be directly aligned with your data and working environment. Ask your contact person for individually suitable dates.

Q to be service desk. Your incidents are processed within the agreed reaction times.

To assure optimum operation of the software, Q to be provides the following maintenance and support services:
