The Q-Board Suite does not in itself collect any data, but functions on the meta data level, i.e. the product utilizes existing corporate data from a broad range of fields, applications and systems. It incorporates tried and tested integration interfaces to all standard help desk, business systems, end-to-end and batch systems, as well as to applications and much more besides. The Q to be products also feature open interfaces for accessing practically every available data source and their file formats.
